25% – Dividend Aristocrats ETF (NOBL)

25% – Vanguard Growth ETF (MGK)

15% – Vanguard Real Estate ETF (VNQ)

10% – Vanguard Bond ETF (BLV)

60 to 75% of your money in three to five funds that cover the asset classes; stocks, bonds, and real estate.

Remaining 25% invest into individual stocks.
